Birmingham City University is located in Birmingham, West Midlands and has a history dating back to 1843. It offers about 300 courses via the Faculty of Health, Birmingham City Business School, Faculty of Technology, Innovation and Development, Faculty of Education, Law and Social Sciences and Faculty of Performance, Media and English. Research at the University is concentrated in the field of arts and humanities and the social sciences. More than 20,000 students from all around the world take their degrees from the University.
