The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is a national school of public health and a postgraduate institution for research; it is located at Bloomsbury, London. The School offers its 800 students several doctoral and masters degrees via the departments of Epidemiology and Population Health, Infectious and Tropical Diseases and Public Health and Policy. Some of the programs offered are population studies, infectious disease epidemiology, medical statistics, non-communicable disease epidemiology, clinical research, disease control and vector biology, immunology, pathogen molecular biology, health policy, health services, and public and environmental health.
